A Notice For Theta Digital Transport Owners.
Due to lack of parts and proper documentation from our vendors, and the high cost to end users for legacy transport repair, Theta Digital and Amplifier Technologies Incorporated (ATI) will no longer support, service or repair any transports sold prior to December 31, 2000. Any transports sold after that date will have limited support based on parts availability, unless they are still under warranty. Note that only transports that have been registered by the original owner either by mailing the warranty registration postcard to Theta Digital or registered by the original owner via the Theta Digital website will be eligible for repair under warranty.
Theta Digital and ATI may, at their discretion, refer any non-warranty transport repairs to an appropriate third party repair center.

Casablanca
III
"The Casablanca III Xtreme DAC
offers as much detail and resolution as any controller, yet always
sounds natural, never fatiguing or bright. The controller features
modular, card-type architecture and supports endless speaker/subwoofer and crossover
combinations. But what we appreciate most is the way the Casablanca’s blends
center channel information into the left and right channels for a more coherent
front soundfield and better dialogue articulation. One of the most advanced and
best-sounding controllers on the market
Dreadnaught II
"Like
the original dreadnaught, the Dread II is fully balanced with zero
global feedback. The new
model delivers more power and impact, along with better low-end
authority and control, stunning resolution, and incredible soundstage depth and
focus...."

The
Absolute Sound's Editors Choice Award2004: Theta Citadel Monoblock
"Theta’s Citadel
is a massive, powerful, gorgeously sculpted solid-state monoblock
with the liquid, musical soul of a tube amp. Based on a zero-feedback
circuit design, the citadel reveals layer upon layer of transparency
with a deep and sensationally focused soundstage. The bass is extended
and powerful, the midrange is pure and naturally resolved, and the
top is extraordinarily clean and detailed. The Citadel sounds pure
and natural and offers no hint of the mechanical sound that betrays
some solid-state contenders. A statement product in every way."

Review
Bill

exclaims: "Anytime
you can insert a piece of equipment in the chain and hear something
time and time again that you did not hear before means the unit
is simply passing more of the signal to your loudspeakers. This
is a very high complement for the Intrepid."
"The thing that strikes me with the intrepid is balance. All
of the loudspeakers finally sound 'right'"
"The balance of this amplifier is amazing! The naturalness
of the sounds are really startling..."
"This product is highly recommended for the price..."

"Amplifier sound can be difficult to describe. Perhaps the
simplest way to express my feelings about Dreadnaught II is that
despite the presence of three other well-regarded amplifiers in
my listening room, Dreadnaught II is the one I always choose to
plug in when it comes time to stop reviewing gear and start enjoying
a movie or a DVD-Audio disc."
