Step by Step Guide to Arranging for Factory Service


Please follow the instructions on this page to ensure the most efficient repair of your unit. Note that all upgrades must be purchased and arranged through an authorized Theta Digital dealer or international representative.

Theta Digital endeavors to provide support for each product for as long as possible, but once the vendors from whom we buy parts cease to produce them and once Theta Digital has depleted its inventory of those parts, there is nothing more that can be done. Also, the technicians who specialized on our legacy products are no longer with the company. Under no circumstances does Theta Digital provide schematics for any of its products. We do wish that we could support our products indefinitely, but that just isn't reality!
