Product Registration

Only products purchased from an authorized Theta Digital dealer or international representative carry a warranty. Units purchased second hand/used or from an unauthorized source do not have a factory warranty.

If the original purchaser registers the unit with Theta by mailing in the warranty card or completely filling out this form, within 14 days of the date of purchase, said purchaser will be registered for an extended service contract. Refer to the warranty information at the back of the respective owner’s manuals for complete details on warranty coverage.
